Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the 1987 Philippine Constitution and applicable statutes. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the System.
iEvaluatED is designed for authorized users, such as students, faculty, administrators, and other personnel, who are granted access by the University. Users must comply with Philippine laws and institutional policies when using the platform.
Users must provide accurate and honest feedback in accordance with the principles of fairness and respect. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users must not engage in activities that violate the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175), such as hacking, phishing, or spreading malicious content.
Users may not:
- Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm others, in violation of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines.
- Attempt to modify, hack, or reverse-engineer the System.
- Share or distribute confidential data obtained through the System without proper authorization.
All content and intellectual property rights in iEvaluatED, including design, software, and documentation, belong to the University. Unauthorized copying, duplication, or redistribution is prohibited under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
The University will not be held liable for:
- Any inaccuracies or errors in user-submitted evaluations.
- Loss of data due to system errors, technical failures, or unauthorized access, provided that reasonable security measures have been implemented in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user at our discretion without prior notice if these terms are violated.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
